Digital Mourners, my first ethnographic experimental film, was a semi finalist at MATIFF – Matera International Film Festival 2026.

The film explores mourning, memory, and cultural loss through Sardinian lament traditions (attittos), woven together with field recordings, launeddas, bena, and multi-screen visuals shot last summer in Sardinia.
