Dronica

East London experimental sound-art festival that hosts live performances, visual arts, installations and workshops.

Founded at the beginning of 2016, Dronica focuses its attention to the experimental scene, hosting an eclectic mix of musical and art performances.

During the first three years the festival was held at the Old Church, an intimate and unique Elizabethan church in Stoke Newington, and then moved in 2019 at the St Matthias Church

in Dalston, East-London.

“…the music programmed by Dronica is as opaque and heavy as the limestone that supports the church walls, roof and steeple.” The Wire Adventures in Modern Music

“…a fantastic cross section of today’s artists on the cutting and academic edge of experimental sound and performance.” Loose Lips

“…the festival was, thus, a chance to learn that to know more does not only mean to see wider but to listen deeper, to use also skin to perceive.” Clot Magazine
